Meet LaToya Finney she is the President or IN18 and host of the podcast TeesMe.

What are you most proud of about your journey and/or where you are now?

“I am most proud of the day I decided to bet on myself. When I began my career in Technology, I always felt that I had more to offer. Using my skills on Wall Street was a fun challenge, yet I still wanted more. I approached every project with confidence, integrity, and focused on successful seamless delivery but I kept waiting for a sign from God that I should do something else, not realizing the signs were always there. 

No one else could see my vision, I loved golf, meeting people, and hearing real life stories. One day I thought, why do I work so hard for everyone else, I could work this hard for myself, and change the world. It was at that moment I accepted that we are uniquely created to fulfill an assignment, no one on this earth has the same exact assignment, and we have a finite amount of time to do it. 

I am proud that I have taken the leap into entrepreneurship and am crafting my path. I am changing how we network, authentically connect with others, and use tools like golf to enter into places where privilege historically dictated access. My business is designed to help people position themselves for success.”
