Did you ever play hot and cold as a child? That’s when someone hides an object and you search for it while being told when you are getting colder or getting hotter. .

In my practice, I play hot and cold with my clients who are interested in growing or changing their careers. We explore a variety of jobs, work environments, and roles; and with each suggestion I ask “do you feel cooler or warmer.” We play until they find one or more options that feels hot.

If you are interested in changing your career, escalating within your company, or starting your own business - take some time to play and explore. Think of traditional and non-traditional options and check in with your inner voice until you find the hot.⠀⠀⠀
